What is a "print-to-order" pattern?

A print-to-order pattern is printed for you at the time we receive your order. Patterns with up to eight pages are printed in color; patterns with more than eight pages have color covers with black and white inside pages. We'll print and ship it to you within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order. Please note that your print-to-order patterns will be shipped separately to you so if you ordered other items, you'll receive multiple packages.

Made from 2 squares using single crochets that are worked in the front loop only. The sleeves and edging are made afterward. The reindeer is created using a simple tapestry crochet technique. Instructions given fit child’s size 2T (4T, 6T).
Made using Scheepjes Merino Soft DK weight yarn and all sizes require 4 skeins of color Da Vinci, 1 skein each of Picasso and Braque, and a size E/4/3.5mm crochet hook. A knowledge of chart reading is required.

I made this sweater twice and it got wonderful reviews from everyone who saw it. A number of people wanted to buy a sweater from me although I made them for my family. I also gave the link to the pattern to four other people so they could make one for themselves. However, I did make a few changes to the pattern. I used a different technique to avoid carrying yarn on the wrong side. This made the sweater completely reversible with no wrong side and no strings to catch the toddler's fingers. I also used a different yarn that is machine wash and dry. Again, toddlers you know. It was inexpensive to make, I spent $24.00 on yarn, and it took me a week each to finish, working on it here and there. I can't say enough positive about this little sweater, it's a keeper!
