I am excited to get started on the blanket. It is such a cute design!

I am saving the thrill of making this pattern until the rush of Christmas is over. I don't have anyone particular to make it for but I think I will enjoy just the making and then find someone to give it to.

I am having a first great-grandbaby, and this is going to be adorable! I also, on another site, found the Lovey to go with it, its one of the bigger bears, in the same pattern, done in a square. Think I might make it with another bear, to widen it, so that it will last a bit longer.
Thanks for the input on the be careful with reading the pattern, I feel I am knowledgeable in crocheting, but will still read closely to make sure I understand. Few things started already, but this looks like its my next project, got the yarn already!

I love the pattern and the project is going well. I found the instructions relatively clear, but not completely. If I were not an experienced crocheter, I would have had problems following some of them. The link to the YouTube is incorrect, there is no link on the creator's page to contact her and I tried to leave her a FB message, but got no response, even though the page says she tends to respond quickly. I do like knowing I can contact the person who writes the pattern in case I need to and think that if I am having any problems, someone with less experience than I have might not be able to follow the instructions.
