This thimble container is very pretty, and as someone who does a lot of sewing, I couldn't resist it. The color is also very pretty. The only feature I don't like is how lightweight the plastic is. I am using it to hold pens, scissors, crochet hooks, etc. Due to. Being so light weight, it has already tipped over a few times. If you want something that won't keep tipping, go with the heavier, gold ceramic thimble container instead. Not as pretty, but more functional.
