What is a "print-to-order" pattern?

A print-to-order pattern is printed for you at the time we receive your order. Patterns with up to eight pages are printed in color; patterns with more than eight pages have color covers with black and white inside pages. We'll print and ship it to you within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order. Please note that your print-to-order patterns will be shipped separately to you so if you ordered other items, you'll receive multiple packages.

Knit with 880 (1100, 2200) yards of light worsted-weight yarn at a gauge of 18 stitches and 20 rows per 4" using U.S. size 7/4.5mm needles.

    I had the honor of being one of the test knitters for this afghan. Pattern is well written and the 3 distinct designs kept your interest throughout the entire knitting process. While it looks intimidating and is labeled intermediate, there is nothing a beginner could not complete with just a little bit of attention to the details. The pattern has both written instructions and charts which is a plus. I do a lot of charity knitting. But this afghan is getting placed in the hope chest for just that right occasion - like maybe (hopefully) a grandchild?!?! Go for it!!
