Patterns with up to eight pages are printed in color; patterns with more than eight pages have color covers with black and white inside pages. This sample is made using 2 skeins of Lion Brand 24/7 cotton medium worsted-weight yarn and a size G 6 mm/4 mm crochet hook.

    This is a wonderful pattern. It is well written and turns out beautifully with the suggested yarn. I made it multiple times for gifts and also adapted it for another version with one lace panel design per side in the bag middle, rather than 3 panels as the pattern is written. This version worked more quickly for me as I was making so many, but both look very nice. You can't go wrong. It is elegant and sophisticated.
