Ooooh, this yarn is very pretty -- and fun too! It's like working with a #5 boucle that has a little stretch. I bought the Gateway color, which works up looking for all the world like an Impressionist watercolor painting. I like to make easy patterns and let the yarn do the work -- so I am making big all-double-crochet knit throw pillows with corner tassels made of leftover worsted yarns in complementary colors. Boing would make great hats and scarves too. My suggestion is -- Don't be fooled by its slightly goofy name! Boing is super pretty, fashionable, versatile yarn.
