Sunflower & Weeping Willow Pillows Crochet Pattern

February 24, 2021

I really like the look of this pattern but i wish the designer had included a stitch gauge and a graph for the sunflower. Her written instructions can be a little confusing and a visual aid would really help. Also, I am currently stuck on rows 13-14 of the front panel because the circle design keeps curling along the edges, making it a sunflower hat instead of a flat circle. She makes no increases in rows 12-13, nor does she instruct you to turn in the other direction at then end of the row so I don't see any way it could possibly lie flat. But when you look at the picture and count the number of stitches on those 3 rows, they are exactly the same and it appears flat. I have no idea what the problem is but I'm getting very frustrated with this pattern. I'm making it as a gift for someone and I don't know if I'll be able t finish it.
