Patterns with up to eight pages are printed in color; patterns with more than eight pages have color covers with black and white inside pages. The highlight of this particular dress is the unique combination of stitches. The lacy, open work atop draws one in peering at the myriad of stitch work with a contrasting underlay. You can use white as an underlay to give the brighter pink a softer tone for the dress. If you are looking for a dress that is different, and stretches the ways in which stitches can be used and arranged with stunning results, then this pattern is for you.

This sample is made using Paton's Grace sport-weight yarn.
