Nancy McNally is passionate about every aspect of quilting -- designing, piecing, quilting and binding.

For nearly 20 years, Nancy has been fascinated with the idea of taking whole pieces of fabric, cutting them up and then sewing them back together into a beautiful quilt. Her exploration of the world of quilting has been successful. Nancy's quilt work has been published in various publications and magazines, including Annie's Quilter's World magazine. She gives credit to her husband, family, friends, shop owner and the Quilter's World editor, Carolyn Vagts. She could not have done it without them!

Really enjoyed this class, however, I think the use of all of those wonder clips on the strips is a bit of an overkill. I think the pinning method, if any, would be much better as this allows the fabric to lie much flatter on the sewing machine plate, and less likely to get caught up due to the chunkiness of the clips. Plus the wonder clips would add weight to such a finer less bulking part of piecing. Wonder clips are best used for binding or when dealing with thicker more bulking parts of sewing, where it's harder to pin these sections together. But that's just a personal choice.

This is one of the best classes I've taken. The instructor Nancy McNally, was great. She made the class fun,it was as if she was right in the room with you. And I loved how she would make a mistake and show you how to repair it. Thank You Linda
