Great class! Belinda Karls-Nace gives excellent instruction at a relaxed pace. She shows each new stitch several times so it is easy to learn. The class is very thorough and covers the supplies needed, the stitches and caring for finished projects. I recommend this class.

A very good beginners class. Even I as a seasoned stitcher learned a few things.

Since I do not like to leave a review until I have completed a class, it has taken me a while to write a review of this class. However, now that I have completed the class, I would like to say that it was excellent. I have long wanted to learn counted cross stitch and Belinda Karsl-Nace is a terrific teacher. She gives the student a thorough foundation on the skills needed to cross stitch and the projects integrate the skills very seamlessly. After completing this class, you will have the confidence necessary to complete more advanced projects. If Ms. Karls-Nace ever offers another class, I would not hesitate to take the class. Thank you, Annie's, for offering this class!

I have the Craftsy Beginning Cross Stitch class. I like Annie's version better. The only complaint I have is I wish that Annie's classes were broken down into segments. It makes it easier to go back to the segment that you want to repeat, rather than guessing where it was.

Good informative class. I hadn't cross stitched in years and wanted to put some projects together for the seniors at the care center. Felt this would be good because of the blunt tip needle. I am excited about putting these projects together for them. Great projects for different skill levels.

I thoroughly enjoyed Belinda's online class. I am an average cross stitcher but found her informative and relaxing. And I picked up a few tips.

I think the class was good....very basic. I have taken Annie's classes before and I really don't like that the teacher appears to be reading from a script. I much prefer a more relaxed spontaneous presentation but that's me. I have taken a beginning cross stitch class elsewhere and the content was so much more comprehensive. The project offered in that class was more complicated which provided opportunities for additional teaching beyond the very basic instruction offered in the Annie's class. I think I got more value for my money elsewhere than in this class but it was a good first step.

I had done some counted cross-stitch many years ago, self taught from the instructions in craft magazines (back in the 1970s!). I decided to take this class as a refresher and was very pleased with it; not only did it review the things I had learned in the past, it covered some things that I had never encountered and also gave me some good ideas for helping my granddaughters learn this beautiful form of needlework. At this point I have not stitched any of the projects but have watched the entire class; now I'm planning to do the beehive, the autumn greeting card and the seasonal sampler, before tackling a couple of more advanced projects. Thank you, Belinda (and Annie's)!

This class is a good way to learn counted cross stitch. It covers the basics for people new to the craft.
