Nice book, with great projects & photos! However, no where does it explain how to square up your panels, though it mentions that you will need to do so. Even good, high quality panels are not printed straight & it is necessary to steam, hang, andor trim them! For a book that is seemingly aimed toward beginners, the omission of this info is disappointing.

Lots of good ideas, but some directions not as clear as I'd like. I bought this in order to use panels for quilt ideas. Up until now, I've used them to make wall hangings for gifts.

Was difficult to follow, not as easy at it looks.

I was hoping for helpful suggestions for quilting the panel, not just piecing the quilt top using a panel. While many of the piecing suggestions were clever, a comment "quilt as desired" was not. I am a beginner quilter and would have loved some help on how to select the quilting method for your panel. Thank you.

I just bought my first panel to quilt and just couldn't get an idea on what to do with it. I ordered this book and voila many fantastic ideas and a better understanding of panels in quilting. 1st one ready for binding and to be used for the holidays! I love this book and have 4 more set up ready to work on.

I bought a book "Learn to Quilt With Panels" a few weeks back. When it came, I found that it is such a neat book and that my daughter would love it. So I gave it to her for Christmas. But it is such a neat book that I still wanted one so today I ordered another book for me. Thanks for such really great items in your catalog and on your website.

So glad I purchased this book. I gave found many panels that I love but, as a new quilter, I was not sure how to build a quilt around them. I can now make the quilts I like with the panels that I find I cannot do without!
