I purchased this as a download. I was looking for a new table topper pattern that I could use as a summer wall hanging. The bright colors and whimsical design caught my eye. Ordering and downloading the pattern was easy. Applique shapes are well organized and easy to copy onto fusible web. I chose to start with the "Branching Out Table Runner" I had hoped to finish it in one day. That didn't happen, but it is an easy pattern. The authors have provided easy to instructions if a skill is new to you. I am making mine per the pattern, but they have included so many fun shapes to applique that you could easily design something unique. It's versatility makes it a good bargain for the price.

I usuallly don't get as excited about a book as I did about this one. I haven't received the book yet but, just looking at some of the quilts, I hope it comes soon so that I can begin on the first project... I really liked the idea that several other viewers mentioned. They said that each quilt adds components for the final project. I think this book will provide a lot of useful information especially for someone like me who is just beginning to quilt. There are so many techniques used for each project! I have quite a few quilting books but, I know this is going to be one of my favorite books. Thank you Annie's for offering this book. And you certainly can't beat the price!

I received my book yesterday. This book has clearly written, detailed instructions with lots of pictures. Since I am a beginner, I appreciate that!
I love the fact that the starting projects all prepare the seamstress to work up to the final project, a quilt that incorporates facets of all of the prior projects! If you start with the first project and complete each subsequent project, you should be able to create the final project easily. (The final project quilt is simply AWESOME: cheerful, happy colors and shapes.)
The projects themselves are adorable. The bright colors, composition and the fact that some projects have texture as well as dimension, are huge pluses in my opinion. The projects in this book are sure to bring a smile to adults and children alike.

What I love about this book is that it has multiple adorable things to make. A lot of books have only 1 or 2 cute things in it. Buy this book. You won't be disappointed.
