Love all the Annie pattern books for these little 5" babies. You can use a larger needle and yarn to adjust for 8"-12" baby dolls too! Wish I could post pictures!

I'm just waiting for my 5" dolls to come in. I've been practicing with some #10 yarn. I just got my 1" dolls in. I can't wait to finish one set up for my grand daughter.
