I love this pattern! I'm still new to crochet but this pattern was so easy to follow step by step that I end up making 2. I did a test pattern cardigan with a different yarn because the original yarn is hard to deal with. That came out nice so I decided to try the real thing and use unforgettable yard that is recommended for the pattern. That came out beautiful. I tried to watch the class but I got too excited and just jumped in. I knew if I needed help I can just watch the video but with the instructions so clear I did fine and didn't need the video. Wish I can post a picture of my test cardigan and the real one. I'm very impressed of the class. Thank you I have more confidence in my crochet.

I watched most of the class and found it very easy to follow. I am just waiting for my yarn to arrive so I can start my sweater. I am taking the crochet striped aghan class and I find Lena to be a very good teacher.

I really loved this class. The cardigan is beautiful and I could not have done it without this class. This is worth it as I learned so much. It really was not that hard, but having this class helped, and it was like she was sitting right there beside me. I have to admit it took me a bit of time, my own fault, but I just love it. Thanks so much for this great class, now on to the next class, Top Down Sweater. I can hardly wait. This is just so much fun!

I absolutely fell in love with crochet again after 35 years taking this class! I knew some stitches but didn't know how to read a pattern. Seen this class from Annie's email and decided to jump in and try it. I am sure glad I did! I have made 3 of these cardigans and want to do a 4th. I used heavier yarn I could buy close to home and made the small medium and it fit my XLA body size perfectly. And since I could try it on as I worked I adjusted the sleeves to fit my short arms!
I have purchased Lena's other top down sweater class and can't wait to start that! I am so thankful for video to learn because I learn best through visual learning! Thank you Lena for such a wonderful class and was proud to wear one of my cardigans Easter Sunday!

Great pattern! I'm waiting on my yarn and can't wait to start. I'll update when I get started.

I'm making my 3rd one since purchasing. The first I used a different yarn, but it came out gorgeous. I gave it to my daughter for Christmas to use as a "wearable afghan." Too big for everyday use. The second I used the suggested yarn, in Echo, and it is amazing. Love it! Now I'm making a third and I'm using Lion Brand Shawl In a Ball. It's working up really nicely. Lighter weight, but the gauge is good. Just up to the armholes now. If it doesn't keep going as well, I'll let you know. LOVE this pattern.

Love the pattern and Lena's instructions are always clear. One note though- could you please consider adding closed captioning to your instructional videos in the future? Thanks!
