I have been crocheting for quite a number of years, so my sister texted me hoping I could repair an afghan our grandmother had made for her wedding present 40 years ago. As it happened, I had recently purchased this class, so I was able to tell her yes! Working on the afghan connected me to my sister, grandmother and our family history, and I was so grateful I was able to restore this family heirloom so it can be handed down. Now that I have the skills, I look forward to helping others with their family treasures.

I have been crocheting for years but I love learning something new; she does a great job and makes it fun to learn. Thanks for making this dvd and teaching an old dog new tricks. Well worth the money.

I learned so much in this class. Being an intermediate crocheter, I'd somewhat hesitated before buying it, as I felt I may already know what the video was about. However she covered things I never thought of before. Susan is very articulate and clear with her instructions. I especially liked her explaining the in depth knowledge of analyzing each of the stitches, which is something I'd never done before. I now consider myself a better crocheter because of her class. I would recommend this instructional video for any level crocheter.

I learned so much about repairing mistakes and damage in this class! It was an investment that will deliver rewards for sure. When you consider the costs and time that go into making a piece of needlework, this class is a bargain because one little skipped stitch can really make a great piece a huge headache. Even if no one else sees the error, YOU know it's there. Now you can fix it and won't hesitate to give a gift or donate a project because of a mistake. There are so many techniques to cover most all mistakes that you can make included here. Very much worth investing in this class. Thank you for offering it and I really enjoyed the instructor, Susan Lowman, as well.

Since I am a beginner in crocheting it helped me understand some of the stitches. The teacher Susan Lowman was an excellent instructor and her voice was very clear. She talked at a medium rate so I could take notes. I did have a problem figuring out the "going to the bookshelves or library so I could get the sound working" but overall I enjoyed the video. I intend to stay with the Annies videos and try some of the patterns because I know I can get help if I do not understand the instructions. Thanks, It means a lot to us beginners to know that we can get answers to our crocheting questions.

I don't know if very many crocheters have ever known you could repair things in this way. Excellent tutorial!

I purchased this class to keep as a point of reference. I did watch the video and it is very well done. The explanations are very well done. I learned a lot by watching this. I feel this is a class every crocheter should have. Great job!
