I have made this twice. It seems to look like what the model is wearing, you need to go up a size. Also you may need to add more rows to the top, otherwise the band tends to hit you in the wrong spot. Before going on to the skirt, cut the yarn and start new. The top is very wonky otherwise. I have tried the instructions on this part and it pulls weird otherwise. I am giving it 4 stars because the end result can be pretty but you have to make some adjustments.
