I made this out of Paton's Grace yarn in Natural. It turned out great, but I did have to go up in my crochet hook size between the lace and body section in order to get the gauge. In other words, I used two different hooks for the project.

I love this pattern. It is simple and very satisfying. At this time I have made it in 5 different colors. I have gifted 2 of them. I will be making more. This has been a great Covid therapy for me. I highly recommend it.

I agree with Leslie C that is is a nice easy 'make'. I loved how the neckline worked up, not boxy-looking. I did have a few adventures with the project however. I underestimated the sizing: an earlier garment I made by this designer wound up being a bit big. Not so with this. I should have made it in medium (I'd bought it as a build a kit). I fixed it by making a perpendicular seam on the 4 sides. I would make other garments by this designer, as they're fairly straight-forward and fashion-savy. After a long summer of on/off working on this project I am finally wearing this Sand Tee as I write this before the summer season goes away!

Just finished my sweater and I love it! I'm new to reading patterns and had to reach out to Annie's Catalog once for help and got a quick and helpful response. Beautiful fit! Used 100% cotton and #2 weight. Don't see where I can add a photo but trust me, it is beautiful!
