I love the look of this; have purchased my fabrics, and am anxious to start. However, I cannot find a 16� x 38� pillow anywhere! What did others do, where do you find this size pillow? I cannot start until I know the size pillow I will use....so I may have to increase or decrease the pattern. Help!
