I also could not find the pillow form so I made my own. I bought inexpensive white fabric and a bag of batting. Worked perfectly.

Love the book and the patterns look amazing. But, I cannot find the pillow form. Saw a previous link for Amazon, but they are sold out. I'm going to make some and keep looking.
