Halloween Ghosts Afghan & Pillow Set Crochet Pattern

I had some issues with this pattern. The written instructions do not match the chart provided for this type of work. I contacted the designer who said she would have it fixed, but I never heard back.Also, the pattern finishes in a half-done way. It just says "put together. There is no outside border to tie the entire piece together.
