I am starting my 1st quit without help at 70. I found the directions easy to follow. I am still working on a baby quilt now but is looking good.

I bought this as a gift for my adult granddaughter who is learning to quilt. I think it will be very helpful for her. I'll probably read it also. I want to give a shout out to customer service and their help with my error when ordering this book

I bought this book thinking "you could never have to many reference books " but unfortunately that was a mistake, because oops I already have it, so I gave it to my daughter who wants to learn.

I bought this book to go along with the DVD so it could be a reference guide for a friend who wants to start quilting. I felt the two items could go hand in hand, so you have the visual teaching and then the book to read when the DVD is off. I enjoyed watching the DVD as well.

Was going to make a small quilt for a friend that wants to learn and lives far away from me. It occurred to me that I could just get her THIS book, that starts with pre-square one steps!, and just cut the fabric pieces out for her to eliminate that part. This book is perfect for what I want to do! And the price was wonderful!
