Pineapple Swing Cardigan Crochet Pattern

Even with the pattern corrections, there are still areas of this pattern that are hard to decipher, and some of the instructions are not matching up for the next row. It isn't written as a standard pattern might be, so it has been a little difficult to figure out at times. As a seasoned intermediate crocheter, I'm able to guess what to do, but it may not necessarily be what the designer had in mind. Still, it has come out nicely and I'll probably make another.

I am enjoying making this Pineapple Swing Cardigan very much. The instructions took a little while to figure out because my brain is not as good as it used to be, but once I gave my head a couple of shakes & settled down to it, I figured them out & got going. I cannot say enough positive things about this pattern. It is well written , easy to understand and the results are fabulous. Speaking as someone who is sometimes easily confused by complex crochet patterns, this pattern is very basic and a joy to make.

I have made this over and over for all ages from my 22 year old niece to my 84 year old mother and it looks great on all. I did downsize it for the younger ones that I've made it for to an xxs. Super cute with leggings. I have also made and donated this several times for charities because it is so easily worn by all ages. Excellent pattern and easily followed

For the price of the pattern I found the instructions a little vague. Especially on how to start the front section. A few more details would help and I am experienced. Hopefully I am doing the front correctly. But saying that I do love the vest and look forward to wearing it. The design of it is beautiful.
