Upcoming Changes
We're making changes to certain agreements (listed below) that govern your relationship with Annie's as well as our related brands. These changes will take effect on the corresponding date(s) below.
What You Will Need to Do:
- Review the updated terms: Take the time to familiarize yourself with the changes.
- Password update: Make sure your contact details are up to date and be ready to update your password in the future to continue accessing your account.
- Missing bookshelf items: Review your bookshelf items and reach out to us through the dedicated support options if anything is missing after consolidation.

1. General Notice of Modernization and Rebranding
Beginning soon, we will be introducing a refreshed look and feel to our brand, including updates to our website and customer platforms. We are excited about these changes and believe they will enhance your overall experience through:
- A consolidated customer account for all your Annie's products
- A more mobile-friendly website
- A more seamless checkout experience
- More flexibility in how you receive your subscriptions
- More frequent updates on the status of your order
- Improved and expanded access to digital magazine subscriptions
As we move forward with these upcoming changes, we thank you for taking the time to share feedback with us on the changes you would like to see and for being an ongoing member of the Annie's family.
2. Changes to Web Terms & Conditions
As part of our platform enhancements, we will also soon be updating our Website Terms & Conditions to include the following:
- Bookshelf Migration: Rest assured that we will make every reasonable effort to migrate your existing bookshelf items to our new Annie's experience. However, if any items are missing from your bookshelf, we will be ready to work with you to get them restored quickly through dedicated support. On the day of the update, a link will be made available for you to request any missing items.
- Account Access: To improve security, we will also be updating the password requirements for all accounts. Closer to the launch of our new accounts, you will receive a prompt to update your password. Please help us to make sure that you do not miss this important step by ensuring your contact details are up-to-date.

3. Changes to Subscription Terms and Pricing
For our valued subscription customers, we are making some updates to the Subscription Terms & Conditions. These changes will take effect soon, and we want to give you advance notice of the following key updates:
- Digital Access: Based on limited usage, we are unable to continue offering access to digital magazines or fiction books for customers as part of their print subscription. However, you will still be able to purchase digital access separately.
