How can I join the Club?
We're sorry, but Annie's Half-Price Club is no longer open for new memberships.

Why am I no longer being charged for my monthly membership?
Annie's Half-Price club is being phased out and members are no longer being charged for monthly memberships. Any remaining e-Buck balance will be retained on your account and you will continue to be able to apply them toward future purchase until depleted.

How do I use my E-Bucks?
Just shop as you normally would on anniescatalog.com and add the patterns, book, videos or classes you want to purchase to your cart. We'll automatically apply your E-Bucks to the digital items you purchased and you'll see the number of E-Bucks spent in your order summary.

How can I find out how many E-Bucks I have?
Just log in to your account on AnnieCraftStore.com to check your point balance. Your point balance will be shown in a green box in the top right corner of the screen. To see more detail about your point balance, please click on My Account and then "Manage My Account" and select the Annie's Half-Price Club. In the Customer Service – Manage My Account area.

How do I know how many E-Bucks a pattern or video will cost?
Just add items to your cart to see the value in E-Bucks. You can always remove them if you change your mind and choosing not to make the purchase. You do need to be logged in to your account on the site to see your E-Buck totals and product value.

I think my E-Buck total is wrong. How do I get this corrected?
If you think you're missing E-Bucks, please send us an email at Customer_Service@AnniesCatalog.com and provide the details of the transaction you think is wrong. We'll review it and get back to you within a couple of days.

Can I buy extra E-Bucks?
Purchasing extra E-Bucks is not an available option at this time.

What if I don't have enough E-Bucks for something I want to buy?
No problem! Just purchase what you want, we'll apply the E-Bucks you have in your account, and you can pay the remainder using a credit card or PayPal account.

How do I access the purchases I make with my E-Bucks?
You'll log in to your account on anniescatalog.com and access your purchases by clicking on "My Account" and then "My Bookshelf & Videos." Then you can select either the Patterns, Videos, or Classes tab to download or watch your purchases.
Patterns can be downloaded to computers or other devices. Videos and Classes are watched on the anniescatalog.com site and are not downloadable.

Can you mail me the patterns instead?
We're sorry, but the products purchased through club membership are only available in digital format and accessible by downloading or streaming from the anniescatalog.com website.
