This is a remarkable class. Leaving no stone un-turned, Patty goes through DPNs, magic loop,and two circulars, as well as circulars. Knitting is done both throwing and Continental. She is very easy to watch and seems to perspire experience, confidence and a love of knitting. The camera work is good and I think that you get a good number of projects. This class would be fantastic for beginners and for intermediate people looking for new in the round techniques. I think that advanced knitters will enjoy just hearing Patty talk about knitting.
There are no drawbacks to taking this class. This class even has swatchzilla!

The best online class I've ever taken, "Circular Knitting Essentials" is a how-to encyclopedia but likable and clear. The three steps for dealing with laddering are worth the price of admission, and I haven't seen them anywhere else. Tips you somehow hadn't run across before keep comin' atcha one after another. From breadth of coverage to new tips to the best (and most relevant) patterns ever assembled in a single class, Patty Lyons has created a masterpiece!

Patty, your style of teaching is awesome.!!! I love that you can hang with me and knit all hours. I paid alot of money for a magic loop lesson at a local knitting store and it was never explained clearly and I always left confused.
You uncomplicated it all and make it so much fun. I no longer run back and forth to the knitting store. I just log on to your classes, how easy it that!!

This is an amazing class! Patty is a great teacher and she really makes her classes fun. I love that she explains the why behind certain rules or tricks. Knowing why makes it easier for me to remember. I highly recommend this class!

Thank you Patty for all of the great tips! I have made several hats and finger-less mitts now and go back to the video often to review. I especially like the "notes" option at the bottom of the screen - I use it to mark the time on the video where specific things that I need to review are.
