I am working on the White Cross quilt and having a bit of difficulty, I have pulled it out several times, I don't understand why I am having this difficulty other than using 2 colors can you send me direction on this particular technique designer is Joyce Messenger and it is a beautiful pattern and I promised my daughter.

I loved the simplicity with which Ellen teaches crocheting. I learned how to crochet when I was a child but didn't really know how to read a crochet pattern. After taking the class, at my own leisure which I love, I can now read crochet patterns and learn new stitches as I go along! The class provided many new stitches for me. Thanks.

I love this class! I never thought I would be able to do this, but Ellen is a wonderful teacher. It's so easy, and I love how Ellen is here anytime I need her. Anyone can do this, it's so much fun and a great way to relax. Also, all of the amazing things you can make for friends and loved ones. If you want to learn to Crochet, this is the class for you. Ellen is an awesome teacher, she doesn't go too fast, and makes learning fun and easy! Thank you so much :)

I too just got done my dishcloth and it was really much easier than I thought it would be, although my edging needs some work. Because Ellen taught us the basic stitches, when my boss wore a gorgeous infinity scarf and she said "oh you chain one, double crochet three, chain one in three different colors" I knew exactly what she meant. Love this class!

I have been trying to learn to crochet. I recently took a class at a local craft store but definitely needed more direction. I bought the Learn to Crochet DVD and have already learned so much! I just finished the first project (dishcloth) and feel very proud of my accomplishment! Ellen Gormley's presentation is done at a nice pace and she emits a warm and patient presence! I wish she was my next door neighbor! On to the second project! We need more instructional DVDs like this one!

My grandson wants to learn to crochet. He and I will really enjoy making all the projects. It will be a terrific reference. I will keep this forever. I have been using Annie's since the 1960's. Love it then and still do. IT IS NICE to download patterns intead of waiting two weeks for the pattern to come in the mail. I give this site a big 10. Thank you-----Thank you
