I am having a heck of a time getting this Bavarian Baby Blanket to lay flat. I ordered the book, I hope it will help me out. I make baby afghans all the time to give away and I really like the look of the pattern. I am left handed and I don't know if this may be part of the difficulty for me. Any ideas?

I've made the crochet blanket from this episode 4 times now for various friends' about to become grandparents. This blanket always gets rave reviews at baby showers. Until this project, I hadn't picked up a crochet hook in years, I mainly knit. This is a great project!

Bubble Wrap Scarf, however, I'm wondering if the 4 dec in rows 2 and 6 should be 5 dec instead. This makes the pattern work. A 4 dec leaves 4 stitches unworked. Or 4 knit or purl stitches on those rows instead of 5? Did anyone else have this problem? Maybe a misprint somewhere?
