I found the instructions on the slip stitch rounds confusing. The first round of slip stitches go into the back loops, then the rest of the rounds go into the front loops without turning. I followed the instructions but did not get the desired result. That section of the hat was not raised rather the end result was flat. And on the video, she doesn't go any further than the first round.
