Kristin Nicholas is a consummate crafter. She has been sewing, embroidering, crocheting and knitting before it was popular to make things. She is an author and illustrator of books on embroidery and knitting.

For the first seven seasons of Knit and Crochet Now!, Kristin contributed regularly to the knitting projects which featured items for gift-giving and home decor, as well as afghans, shawls, hats, toys, artwork, socks and scarves.
